***Please Read All Information Carefully***
The information on this form is for all students eligible to graduate this school year regardless of current grade level. Please remember that ordering graduation materials, taking pictures, etc. does not guarantee that you will meet graduation requirements and be able to participate in a graduation ceremony.
*Be sure to turn in your laptop as soon as you are cleared by your counselor and have completed any EOC tests to prevent your diploma from being held due to a laptop fee

NO BALLOONS, LARGE SIGNS, NOISEMAKES, etc. or WEAPONS ALLOWED IN THE AUDITORIUM. SECURITY CHECKS WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE DOOR AND THESE ITEMS WILL BE CONFISCATED OR YOU WILL HAVE TO RETURN THEM TO YOUR CAR.
ONLY CLEAR BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE FACILITY-including diaper bags.

The PCA Counseling Department will be promoting Georgia’s Apply to College Month throughout November. We hope to increase the number of students completing college applications again this year.

Please take advantage of FREE college applications throughout the month of November. Also, be sure to submit a copy of any acceptance letters to your counselor

Herff Jones Order and Payment Portal
Click this link for the Herff Jones website to order your cap and gown and make payments. Enter the name of your school to order the correct cap and gown.
Main Campus students may order the PCA cap and gown or their home school depending on their choice of ceremonies. Satellite students must order their homeschool cap and gown.

Basic graduation package - with taxes $151.20 (includes cap and gown, participation in graduation ceremony and diploma)
Diploma only option - $50
Herff Jones will be on site on the day of graduation for students who haven’t received their cap and gowns. You can bring cash or card to pay on the day of graduation if you haven’t already paid online. The cap and gown price will be $200 the day of graduation.
Call Herff Jones with any questions about your cap and gown or diploma order. The school cannot assist with payments. Please note that it may take several attempts to reach someone due to office hours (770) 921-9022

General dress code for graduation ceremony: (request specifics from homeschool)
Any student not meeting proper dress attire will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony.
The dress code is as follows:
NO DECORATION ON THE GRADUATION CAP!
You will have to borrow a cap if your cap is decorated.

Men: Please wear a solid white or off-white collared dress shirt with a tie and black or navy blue slacks. Please wear dark-colored dress shoes. NO sneakers, flip flops, slides, or crocs allowed.

Ladies: Please wear solid, knee-length, black or white dresses. Solid white or off white blouses, with black or navy blue knee-length skirts or regular length pants are also permitted. Please wear dark-colored dress shoes that are no more than 3 inches high.

The ceremony attire CANNOT be provocative, patterned, or inappropriately revealing in any way. Shades, sagging pants, and hats are not allowed.

NO sneakers, flip flops, slides, or crocs allowed.
Updated final transcripts will be available after February 1st for Winter graduates, You may request official transcripts through https://claytonga.scriborder.com/ or GAfutures.org
A couple of important notes:

All students purchasing the cap and gown package (includes cap, gown, tassel, stole, medal, diploma, diploma cover, and mini diploma. The cost for that is $147 plus tax and can be ordered online. www.herffjonesgrad.com

All students needing to order a diploma only (not participating in the ceremony) must call our office to pay the $50 fee for the diploma only.

Winter Graduates will pick up their cap and gown at the ceremony location. Representatives will be there two hours prior to the start so they can pick them up.

May 2026 Graduates will have their gowns delivered to the school on a date to be determined in the Spring. If they miss that date, they will pick up at the venue on the ceremony date, two hours prior to start time.

Graduation Announcements are only produced for May Graduates. If a winter graduate orders them, they will not arrive until spring.

Lastly and most important…for any graduate regardless of Spring, Fall, or Summer…if they are a Perry Graduate but want to walk with their homeschool , they must order under Perry and then call Herff Jones to let them know their homeschool.
